TOKYOPOP is running a “Rising Stars of Prose” competition, using “The Dreaming” series as the springboard basis. The competition runs from the 1st February to the 15th April, and winner are eligible for cash prizes and a possible publishing contract. I’ve posted an LJ journal entry about this.
